Login to Arise Portal. Click chat icon link on the bottom right-hand corner.

Decide which department you need.

Type in chat box "How do I open partner support incidents" then choose proper department.
Registration Support - Deals with trying to get enrolled in the Arise platform. This department is available Monday through Friday, 10:00 am - 6:00 pm (EST) except on Federal Holidays. Also, you can write them an email 24 hours a day at registration@registration.arise.com(Include your full name, CSP ID, address, phone #, and full details as to how Admissions may assist)
Enrollment Support - Deals with issues trying to get enrolled in a company program. This department is available Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 12 AM (EST) except on Federal Holidays.
Partner Support - Deals with issues related to CSP already in certification or working. This department is available Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 12 AM (EST) except on Federal Holidays.
Technical Support - Deals with tech and software issues. They even provide remote support to help solve issues. This department is available 247.
